We encourage service providers and vendors to nominate their clients to participate in the ISG Star of Excellence™ program that is all about customer experience.

You can nominate clients specific to one or more of the services or products that are covered in the ISG Provider Lens™ (IPL) Program. Results will be factored into the overall quadrant positioning of providers and vendors. ISG will also solicit independent client participation with the intent to collect an equal number of responses as those nominated by each provider or vendor.

After the bulk nomination form submit, each of the nominated client representative will receive an email with a unique link to provide your evaluation(s). Completion of the survey will take approximately 15 minutes. They can select to receive a free copy of the IPL report that will be most influenced by their feedback.
